Margie's approach to Executive and Team Coaching is based on the Ontological Model which distinguishes organisational effectiveness as being driven by the quality of the relationships and conversations in organisation.
Her coaching is aimed at developing excellence in individuals in the domains of leadership, communication, emotional management, interpersonal relationships and personal wellbeing. Margie has a special expertise in coaching high potential professional women to improve their self expression, executive presence, ability to manage conflict and maintain work/family balance.
Margie provides team and Executive Coaching in the following formats:

- over the phone (often the most convenient method for 1:1 coaching with busy executives)

LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS COACHING PROGRAM
This coaching program focuses on those issues which relate directly to workplace performance and productivity and will include:
- practical skills and techniques to improve self expression and become a more influential and persuasive communicator, manager and leader
- how to manage controversial & emotional issues more effectively and exhibit emotional leadership within a team
- how to enhance executive presence and non-verbal communication
- strategies for dealing with stress and information overload
- strategies for avoiding becoming over-committed and for more effectively managing current commitments and responsibilities
- dealing with difficult people on the job
- improve trust and respect as manager/leader
- employee wellbeing
- addressing specific performance issues raised in employer evaluations, leadership surveys and 360 degree feedback
This program will help executives move forward to achieve career goals more effectively and is comprised of:
- One 60-90 minute intake session (which may or may not include
time with manager to gain additional feedback on coaching focus
areas)
- Five 45 minute coaching session
- If desired Margie will speak with supervisors/managers of coachees to gain feedback on areas perceived to be in need of further development (all conversations will be strictly confidential)
- Ideally this program is run over 8-10 weeks but this is flexible
Investment in the Leadership and Communication Skills Coaching Program $1,500 per person (plus travel expenses for clients
outside Northern Virginia).
