There were many things I loved about working with Margie –  her wonderful attitude, her great advice and her ability to see the big picture even in the small details of a problem. 

Margie equipped me with some excellent approaches to dealing with “challenging” people at work, expressing myself more confidently, making more effective requests and better dealing with issues that had me feeling frustrated and resentful. The strategies she shared have not only helped me to be able to say no without feeling so guilty (both at work and in my social life) but also to become more focused and less stressed.

Margie also offered many encouraging words that helped me to have my commitments reflect my deepest values whilst giving myself permission to forgive myself when I fall short of being super-mom and super career person. 

Overall I can say that working with Margie was a really wonderful experience.

Margie’s coaching has been extremely beneficial for me in many ways. I am now far more confident in presenting to senior leadership and communicating issues of concern. I am also better able to prioritize my workload and to coach members of team to prioritize and manage theirs.
